Returns & Refunds Policy

14-Day Return Window
In accordance with Romanian law (OUG 34/2014) and EU consumer regulations, you have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
Hygiene Exception
For health and hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie items cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken or removed. Please try on over your own underwear to ensure fit while keeping the product pristine.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
In these cases, SilkIsland will cover the return shipping cost.
How to Return
- Email us at contact@Silkisland.ro with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with the return address
- Ship the item(s) within 14 days
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer to your provided IBAN.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
