Delivery Fee

A flat rate of 18 RON applies to all orders within Romania.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days from dispatch date for addresses in Romania.

Carrier

We ship via Fan Courier or SameDay courier services. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at silkisland.ro/track-order.html.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Romania. International shipping is coming soon.
