1. General Information

This website is operated by EGO SRL, registered in Romania. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SilkIsland.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in RON (Romanian Leu) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color or appearance due to display settings.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for delivery.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (Ramburs)
• Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe)
• Google Pay

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery is handled by third-party courier services (Fan Courier, SameDay). Delivery fees are not included in the product price and are paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days within Romania. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Romanian legislation (OUG 34/2014).

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Free from stains, odors, or damage

Important: For hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie items with removed hygiene seals cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. By using our site, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
